Shipping Policy

-Orders are processed and shipped out in 1-4 WEEKS. This is because I am the sole creator of each and every individual product that you see on this website, and everything is handmade. This ensures that I am providing only the BEST quality items to you while also maintaining proper packaging. 

You can't rush quality! <3

**I am not responsible for the package once it is shipped. Please refer to tracking information via email correspondence for tracking numbers and carrier; You will need to contact the shipping carrier directly, should any issues arise. I am not responsible for lost packages. Your purchase is your written agreement.

Processing Time: 1-4 weeks.

-All orders will be shipped via USPS. Shipping Rates are determined by package USPS rates.

- Please ensure your address is correct in the address line. I am not responsible for packages getting lost due to the wrong address being given to me. If package is returned to sender (me) due to incorrect address, shipping refund will not be issued. 

- I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once I give the package to the USPS, it is their responsibility to get it to you. Please file a claim with the USPS prior to emailing me about your order. 

- I am not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. I package orders with care to ensure no breakage. If a product is damaged, contact me at staciasmith94@gmail.com with a photo and the order number, and I will determine if I will replace the product. 
 

Tracking Information 

Tracking numbers are sent to the email or phone number on file (inputted when you placed your order) when your order is processed and ready for shipping. Please check spam folder if you feel you did not receive a tracking email.

 

International Orders

If placing an order internationally (from outside of the United States of America), customer is responsible for any and all tax and duty fees that may arise. This includes VAT taxes. If you decline to accept your package upon arrival because (tax and duty) fees are too high, there will be no shipping refund given. Order refund may be given if the package is received as ‘return to sender’ back to me. 
 

I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or refunds on items at this time. This is to ensure the quality of our items and for sanitary purposes. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items from USPS, FedEx, or UPS. If a product is damaged, contact me at staciasmith94@gmail.com with a photo and the order number, and I will determine if I will replace the product.
